01Application

02Application review

Evaluation (analysis) of received applications by our HR team. Involves a detailed review of competencies and qualifications necessary for the right position.

03First Interview

The interview with the HR recruiter is designed for us to get to know each other better. We discuss your work experience, interests, aspirations, as well as our company, culture, and working conditions.

We’ll provide you with a job description as well as the projects we’re working on. 

04Second Interview

The next step in the selection process is a technical interview with the head of the team (TL), aiming for a more detailed understanding of your level of knowledge, experience in previous projects, and proficiency in adopted technologies. Also, we’ll be open to any questions you may have for us.

05Feedback

Based on the assessment and the potential for long-term collaboration, our HR team will contact you about the results of the selection process.
