Open Positions

Selection process

01Application and Initial Review

You can find all our current job openings on our Careers page. If there are no suitable open positions at the moment, you can submit an Open Application, and we’ll keep your details in our talent database.

Once we receive your application, we’ll carefully review your experience, knowledge, and competencies.

If we have a current or upcoming hiring need and identify a potential match, we’ll contact you within 14 days to get to know you better.

A note about feedback
We inform all candidates about the outcome of the selection process. Detailed, individual feedback is provided to candidates who reach the final stage.

02Intro Call

The interview process usually begins with a short video call with our IT Recruiter, lasting around 20 minutes.

During the call, we’ll introduce you to DualSOFT, explain the role you applied for and cover practical details related to the process, your availability and the expected timeline.

We’d also like to learn more about your experience, motivation and what you’re looking for in your next career move. This is also your opportunity to ask anything you’d like to know about the team, projects, technologies or the way we work.

03First Interview

The next step is a People & Culture interview, which usually lasts around 45 minutes.

We’ll focus on how you collaborate and communicate, how you take ownership and how you approach challenging or unclear situations. We’ll also discuss how you respond to feedback, your working preferences and the type of environment in which you can perform at your best.

The goal isn’t to look for “right answers”, but to better understand how you think and work.

04Second Interview

At this stage, you’ll meet the Hiring Manager and discuss the role, the team and the day-to-day responsibilities in more detail. The interview usually lasts around 60 minutes.

We’ll talk about your previous experience, how you approach problems and make decisions, as well as what success in the role looks like to you and how you collaborate with your team.

The goal is to determine whether our expectations, ways of thinking and ways of working are aligned.

In some selection processes, the People & Culture and Hiring Manager interviews may be combined into one longer conversation.

05Additional Step

Depending on the role, the process may include a practical task or a final interview.

The task is based on a realistic scenario and helps us better understand how you approach your work. It may take place before or after the Hiring Manager interview, while for some positions it may not be required at all.

We may include a final interview when additional alignment is needed before making a decision. At this stage, you may meet future team members or representatives of our leadership team and discuss the role, collaboration and expectations on both sides in more detail.

You’ll always be informed in advance about any additional step.

06Offer and Onboarding

If we determine that there is a strong match on both sides, we’ll present you with an offer to join DualSOFT.

We’ll go through all the details openly and transparently, so you have all the information you need to make your decision.

Your DualSOFT journey begins when you sign the contract!
